The 6-hour PSM 2.0 Course is a continuation of the Foundation Course. This course introduces more essential, intermediate, and advanced Level Pilates based exercises in some of the same series as the PSM Foundation Course. Many of the exercises in this course can easily be modified to make appropriate for any level client. You will learn 74 brand new Pilates rooted exercises on the suspension apparatus. Each exercise is broken down in detail and modifications will be discussed and demonstrated. You are NOT required to take the PSM Foundation Course before the PSM 2.0, but it is HIGHLY recommended. This course includes a paperback manual and e-book version of the manual. No Pilates experience is required to take this course. This course is also approved for 6 NPCP (formerly PMA) CECs.
