This is a 3-day Pilates Suspension Method Course that covers over 200 Pilates rooted exercises on the Suspension Apparatus. Day 1 is 9-hours long and will cover all the exercises in the PSM Foundation Manual. Day 2 is 9-hours long and will cover all the exercises in the PSM 2.0 Manual. Day 3 is also 9-hours long and will cover all the PSM exercises in the PSM 3.0 manual. Each student will receive all three PSM paperback manuals and the ebook version of each manual.
This 3-day course is taught by PSM Creator Rebecca Beckler. The 3-day course is approved for 19 National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) CECs. This course is suitable for fitness instructors and enthusiasts and NO prior Pilates experience is required to attend.
