PSM Practical Evaluation Info:
- The Practical Evaluation will be conducted live on Zoom with PSM Creator, Rebecca Beckler, or an approved PSM Instructor Trainer from your country or Specific State in the USA
- Be Prepared to teach a 20-minutes PSM Workout
- Teaching Only with NO demonstrations
- The PSM workout should include exercises from each course per the appropriate certification you are testing out for
- Please include a variety of movements of the spine and at least one “marquee” PSM exercise in your workout
- Knowledge of the names of each PSM exercise and appropriate modifications is required
- A “cheat sheet” is allowed during your practical evaluation with the names of each exercise you will be teaching
