Pilates Suspension Method Workout Videos
The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) 3 Workout series is designed to start with the Foundation Level Workout to learn the fundamental PSM exercises and get comfortable adjusting the straps. Once you have mastered the Foundation Level Workout then move onto the Next Level Workout which will challenge your strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. You can add the 10-Minute Core Challenge Workout at the end of either workout or as a stand-alone workout when you are short on time. No exercises are repeated in any of the workouts and there are over 30 different exercise series in the 3- workout package. This is the perfect progressive workout series for any fitness lover or fitness professional who would like to spice up their current workout routine or learn new Pilates rooted exercises on the Suspension Trainer to teach their clients.
