Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policies:
There are NO refunds for any of the Pilates949/PSM Courses LIVE or VIRTUAL. The student will get the zoom recording of the course(s) missed and will have 14-days to complete it.
There are NO refunds for any Pilates949/PSM RETREATS or PSM 3-Day Certification Courses. You are welcome to do a 1-time transfer to a future Retreat or PSM 3-Day Certification Course within 1-year or get the zoom recording of the course(s).
There are NO refunds for any Virtual Studio, digital download, or app purchases.
All in-store credits or course transfers expire after one year of original purchase.
All cancellations must be submitted to Pilates949@gmail.com
Pilates949 may cancel any course at any time due to low attendance or an unexpected emergency.
