Time: 12pm – 5pm MT
Description:
In this 5 hour Course we will take an Essential Level Reformer Exercise real it apart and then learn how to SAFE and EFFECTIVELY Progress a Client into the Intermediate Level. This will be done by experiencing it in your own body 1st.
We will also discuss digging deeper into “go to” Progression series & how to spot the signs when a client is ready to progress to the next level.
