Oct 3: PSM Hammock and Inversion Focused – 6am – 7:30am PST
Oct 24: PSM Barre Inspired – 6am – 7:30am PST
Nov 7: PSM & Light Hand Weights – 6am – 7:30am PST
Nov 21: PSM & Reformer Box – 6am – 7:30am PST
Dec 5: PSM Sports Specific: SWING Sports – 6am – 7:30am PST
Dec 19: PSM Full Body Integration – 6am – 7:30am PST
All students will get a 60-day access to the zoom recording from the day it was taught live
Pilates Suspension Method Master Class $60

- 1-hour PSM Master Class followed by a 30-minute Question & Answer Session
- Word Document of Master Class
- Master Class is geared towards Pilates & Fitness Professionals that have attended at least one of my Pilates Suspension Method Courses.
- The Master Class will count toward 2 of your PSM Practice Hours
- All Master Classes are filmed, so if you can’t attend the specific time a video of the class will be e-mailed to you
After you purchase the PSM Master Class:
- You will receive an e-mail with the meeting number the day before the course
- Must Sign-Up for the free zoom.us website or app at least one day before the first day of the course
- After the Master Class, you will receive an e-mail with a Word Document of Master Class including exercise series, exercise names, suggested strap length, suggested reps, suggested sets, and appropriate modifications
