This is a slightly quicker paced workout than the “Foundation Workout” because I assume you have mastered many of the PSM foundation exercises and you feel comfortable adjusting the straps. This workout is designed for the intermediate and above fitness lover or fitness professional who would like to learn intermediate and advanced Pilates rooted exercises on the Suspension Trainer. You will be moving your spine in all different directions in this workout. From flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion. If you want to work hard and have fun at the same time this is the workout for you.
10-minute Core Challenge
The “10-minute Core Challenge” is designed for the fitness lover on- the- go or someone who wants a little more focus on their center. This is an intense 10-minute workout that ends with a jump board Interval style series to give you a final sweat. I suggest adding this at the end of either the “Foundation Workout” or “Next Level Workout” for an extra calorie burner, or as a quick full body workout with a major focus on building strength in your powerhouse. All of the exercises in this workout are Pilates rooted and none of the exercises are repeated from the “Foundation or Next Level Workout.”
