Virtual PSM Practical Evaluation

PSM Practical Evaluation Info:

• All Practical Evaluation will be conducted live on Zoom with PSM Creator, Rebecca Beckler, or an approved PSM Instructor Trainer from your country or Specific State in the USA
• Be Prepared to teach a 20-minutes PSM Workout
• Teaching Only with NO demonstrations
• The PSM workout should include exercises from each course per the appropriate Level you are testing out for
• Please include a variety of movements of the spine and at least one “marquee” PSM exercise in your workout
• Knowledge of the names of each PSM exercise and appropriate modifications is required
• A “cheat sheet” is allowed during your practical evaluation with the names of each exercise you will be teaching
